Our mobile engineers can service, maintain & resolve the vast majority of issues on your premises. We understand that being without a vehicle results in a lost opportunity for revenue, and as such, we aim to be with you within 48 hours of receiving your report of a fault.
Golf Car UK engineers carry enough tools and parts on their vehicles for on-site diagnoses and repairs. We only take vehicles back to our workshop if more specialist repairs are necessary.

Conducting regular vehicle health checks ensures that your vehicles remain in optimal working condition. Our highly trained engineers will service your vehicles on-site, which means there is no delay between the approval for further use and when they can be utilised by your golfers, customers, or staff.

- Correct tyre pressures and speed settings to maximise buggy performance.
- Ensure correct charging status and safety of lithium batteries and charging points.
We advise that the list below be carried out on a golf cart during a full health check.
- Drain and renew engine oil using a good quality lubricant
- Replace the oil filter if fitted
- Replace air filter
- Replace fuel filter(s)
- Ensure all brake linkages are free to move efficiently
- Grease any relevant points
- Check tyre pressures
- Renew engine spark plug
- Check the drive belt for wear
- Check and adjust the starter belt
- Tighten any loose bolts and generally ensure parts are in good order
- Check gearbox levels
- Run and test car
- Provide customers with a condition report on their vehicle
